When former schoolteachers Ann Bancroft and Liv Arnesen decided to pursue their childhood dreams of skiing across Antarctica, Haberman helped set the course and guided the story as it grew worldwide. Early organizational development work included hiring staff, developing the expedition's mission and assisting with the business plan. A story of historic proportions emerged.
