Carol Schuler
Carol currently leads or contributes to the Room & Board, Volvo Cars of North America and National Kidney Foundation accounts.
She recently returned to the United States after 15 years of living the expat life in Australia and South America.
Prior to joining the Haberman tribe, her job experience overseas included running a mental health unit at a small college in the Australian outback (which comes in very handy at Haberman) and working as a rehabilitation case manager for the Commonwealth to assist injured mine workers.
After spending eight years in Australia, Carol and her family relocated to La Paz, Bolivia, where Carol followed a personal passion of working with orphans by managing a volunteer organization. She also taught at the American Embassy School, raised money for the impoverished people of Bolivia and started her own company, Schuka Design, that incorporated the local handicrafts. Carol and her three children had the privilege to explore the majestic beauty of the Andes and the Amazon River. Family sojourns to Ecuador, Chile, Peru and Brazil fed her unending appetite for world travel and exploration.
The international community in La Paz exposed Carol’s entire family to many different cultures and traditions that have enriched and enhanced their lives in ways that continue to reveal themselves today. This history allows Carol to bring an important “global” perspective on life to the Haberman Clan.
