Christine Taffe

Digital Strategist

Christine Taffe is a digital native infused with a fiery passion for traditional low-tech favorites like Kafka, sheet music and bicycles. It’s not an oxymoron; Christine simply has a “Renaissance Girl” attitude and embodies a channel-neutral approach to awesomeness.

A career in communication arts was never in doubt for Christine, as she started talking in complete sentences at age two and has never stopped, except to munch on everything from piroshkis to pho en route to the next music festival or single-gear bike rally.

Being curious keeps life interesting, and Christine has influenced a wide range of strategic marketing tactics during her time at Haberman, including guerilla marketing, blogger relations, copywriting and social community management.

Prior to starting work at Haberman, Christine handled all social media marketing activities for the 2011 Minnesota State Fair and served as a digital public relations manager for TommieMedia.com, her alma mater’s online news source.

Christine graduated cum laude from the University of St. Thomas with a bachelor’s degree in advertising and creative writing – she also studied Czech literature and Eastern European politics at Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. As an undergraduate, Christine was president of the university’s Advertising Federation chapter and was a member of the St. Thomas Concert Choir.

When she’s not using fifty-cent words and 140-character updates to create positive change, you can find Christine cooking brunch with friends, biking to the farmer’s market or watching witty, irreverent television shows, though her inner dichotomy makes the choice between Hulu and VHS incredibly difficult.
