Creative sparks flicker on and off, but a sound business strategy is like “the big bang” that can change the universe forever. Julie Lunn is a catalyst who drives the Haberman tribe to use its powers of persuasion for maximum good. This includes protecting and honoring the power of Haberman’s unique work culture, and connecting the passions of the Haberman tribe with companies who share our values and pioneering spirit.
With a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree that includes Corporate Social Responsibility coursework, Julie works closely with agency leadership on business strategy and human resources to ensure that new hires align with the agency mission, vision and culture, and existing employees can continually contribute and grow. Prior to earning her MBA, Julie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the University of Minnesota.
Julie’s past includes many roles of agency life, including managing product launches, crisis communications, agency operations and marketing for the Fresh Ideas Group in Boulder, Colo., and managing business development at Haberman. These past experiences help her to vet the best talent for the Haberman tribe and to honestly and empathically relate to the challenges and joys the Haberman team faces daily.
Additionally, as a working mom of two tykes under five, Julie is a tireless cheerleader for working parents everywhere and work/life synergy whenever possible. When not at work, she can be found cooking (soup and burritos are specialties), hanging outside with her family or napping.
